What is QPR?
QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer—three simple steps that anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. Similar to CPR, QPR is an emergency response aimed at recognizing and responding to someone in crisis. This evidence-based training equips individuals with the skills to identify warning signs, offer hope, and connect those at risk with appropriate resources.

QPR training is suitable for everyone, regardless of prior mental health experience. It's especially beneficial for parents, teachers, friends, neighbors, colleagues, and anyone in a position to recognize the signs of a suicide crisis.
